shell eco marathon 2009
Car designed and manufactured for Shell Eco Marathon2009, an annual contest to design, build and drive the most fuel-efficient vehicle which can run longest possible distance on the least amount of fuel.
Personal responsibility included creating the car body design based on aerodynamics test and manufacturability, create 2D/3D Package layout according to the competition regulation and eco design theory, and design for driving environment according to ergonomics principle, CAD modeling of the car body for mold manufactured at Volvo Cars and processing the components installation. The entire car won the world's lightest car in 2009.
