Marketing and media relations for Lemonayo, a tasty new cultured spread from the kitchen of The Cultured Gourmet and Lemonyfare, a culinary company celebrating lemon-related gourmet foods & products. Lemonayo's long-awaited Kickstarter campaign officially launched in September 2018 and is the second project for chef, author and certified nutritionist, Karen Diggs. Produced in small batches proudly handmade in San Francisco, Lemonayo is made of organic ingredients supplied by sustainably-responsibly partners such as Seka Hills Olive Mill and Rancho Del Sol Organics.
