Design Philosophy
In my collage, there are various pieces that incorporate line, and form. The color
scheme is very neutral with a lot of grays, nudes, and black and white. There are
many elements in my collage that define who I am. Forms are simple yet
complex, proportional and fluid.
Some of the artworks in my collage speak about yin and yang. Total opposites
such as black and white, man and woman, straight and organic. The images
that are expressed are what I feel is my comfort zone, visually aesthetically, and
in spatial qualities. The images create an experience for the viewer, in life, the
past and the present.
