Narragansett Pier Condos & Commercial - Renovation project by Blount Bennett Architects 2008 - I designed the floor plan for the smallest 'swiss watch' units and handicap units. 900 SF units with 2 beds, 2 baths, kitchen, dining and living (HC units were 1 bath). The larger units worked off of the basic floor plan and expanded on it. I also designed the building with commercial units on the first floor and some additional units using the project Architect's design aesthetic.
