We started converting this turn-of-the-century seed store into a modern design space by stripping the interior down to the original 105 year old wood floors, beams and joists, reclaiming the interior space to be visually open as you step through the door.
A central conference room became the emphasis, which we then built entirely of glass to keep the visual site-lines open. To brand the space we relied heavily on our JDHgroup colors and utilized our blue within accent carpet tiles that meander throughout the space with pit stops at private offices, collaborative tables and impromptu thinking spaces.
