Baymont Inn & Suites, Denver, CO - This is a Design I developed for a Customer, and it was also approved by the Wyndham Hotel Group for use at the Property.

Baymont Inn & Suites, Denver, CO - My Client was attracted to this blue & brown color scheme, called the Sea Glass Scheme. The Top of Bed uses a Box Quilted Throw with a brown accent band, which matches the bed skirt and Cornice fabric. The Cornice is a Straight Box Cornice & the Drapery is a Stationary Pinch Pleated Side Panel with a Traversing Pinch Pleated Sheer. The Casegoods are a Merlot Finish with Brushed Nickel Drawer Pulls. All of the Artwork is Black & White Photography. Overall the Design was to be Modern-looking.

Baymont Inns & Suites, Denver, CO - Here are Floor Plans of the King and Double Queen Rooms, along with the corresponding Photographs from the Property. The owner had requested that I create Floor Plans for each Guestroom Type for her. I was able to obtain Floor Plans from the Architect, and resize all of the Furniture in the electronic AutoCAD Floor Plans to reflect the actual pieces my Client had chosen.

Hampton Inn, Schiller Park, IL - This is a Lobby and Breakfast Area Design that my Company developed for a Customer. We were required to utilize specific Design elements mandated by Hilton for this Perfect Mix Lobby.

Hampton Inn, Schiller Park, IL - Here are the elements that were selected for use in the Perfect Mix Lobby. A Ceramic Tile that looks like wood planks is used throughout the space with Inset Carpeting in certain areas. Two Benches flank the Entry with a Side Table on each side. Walking into the Main Lobby Area gives one a sense of Modernity as both hard and soft elements are intermixed, all of which have clean lines. Two Banquette Seating areas are utilized with two different Dining Chair styles to add some visual interest.

Hampton Inn, Schiller Park, IL - this is a scaled drawing I created for the customer. The Main Lobby Area has a mix of both Round and Rectangular Tables. The long Communal Table is Bar Height and seats twelve. This table also includes Data Ports for Customers to do work on their laptops. There also is a Focal Wall in which the Television, three pieces of Artwork, Floating Shelves and Accessories are located.

LaQuinta, Richland Hills, TX - This was a Project my company worked on for a customer who wanted something very Modern, but within his budget parameters. We were not only able to meet his requests, but we also produced a wonderful design in the process.

This is the Guestroom Design I developed for the Client. He wanted to use a cream striped duvet for the Top of Bed and Tailored Bed Skirt. An Eggplant Accent Color was also picked up in the Decorative Bolster Pillow. The Casegood Collection used here was in a Wenge finish with Brushed Nickel Pulls. Regional Artwork was selected for this Property's Guestrooms as well. The main paint color was neutral, while there was also a green that was used to accent the Headboard Wall in each room.

LaQuinta, North Richland, TX - The customer had requested Floor Plans for each Guestroom Type, so I created them for him. I also worked on Elevations to show the Artwork and Casegood Installers where to mount the Artwork and Headboard (I also showed where the cleat is). The Photographs correspond with the Floor Plans and Elevations beside them.
