Showdown - Acrylic on canvas. I paint what I experience. This painting measures 20" x 16" in size, and captures the conflict between two bull elk over a cow during the fall rut. It represents just what the Estes Park area has to offer when it comes to wildlife, and was created both on-site and in-studio. The original is available for purchase for $1280. Longs Peak Sunrise, Moonset - Acrylic on canvas. 48" x 24". Longs Peak stands at 14,255 feet above sea level in Rocky Mountain National Park, just outside Estes Park, Colorado. This really happened and it was a case of being at the right place, at the right time.

Hide and Seek - Acrylic on canvas. 28" x 22". I paint what I experience. While hiking one day in Colorado, I came upon this interaction. The fox was so bent on getting the rabbit, I was able to shoot a photo and put it to canvas. Can you find the bunny?

Fire in the Sky - Acrylic on canvas. 14" x 11". As the sun set in the West, The low clouds/fog was illuminated from behind. It made it look as if the forest AND the sky were on fire.

Welcome Home

After the Storm - Acrylic on canvas. This painting came about as a result of a huge thunderstorm, which produced a tornado, in Eastern Colorado along I-76. The sight of the moon brings peace once again.
