The Aviva Healthy Cheer campaign invited people to nominate their friends who had made healthy choices to receive a personalised message of encouragement from a team of Aviva cheerleaders. Videos of the cheers were posted on YouTube and Aviva’s Facebook site. Meanwhile an e-cheer app allowed people to send a personalised video to their friends by email.
