Values Awards
The Values Awards are a staple of the work culture at Gaylord Opryland. They are an employee-nominated awards system that would highlight 5-10 employees each quarter for embodying one of the Core Values of the Gaylord Brand (those being Passion, Respect, Integrity, Creativity, Citizenship, Excellence, and Service). My job was to capture the essence of their work and illustrate their embodiment of the Gaylord Core Values. The embedded videos are just a few examples of the winners and style of the Values Awards.
