Gaylord Opryland - Leader Swap
I was tasked with creating a video project that would highlight and delve into the different jobs and functions of different departments in the Gaylord Opryland Resort. What I came up with was a play on "Wife Swap," where two leaders/managers would spend a day working with a department that they might not normally interact with. In this case, we were able to get our Head Chef of the cafeteria to switch with a manager from the Conference Set-Up team, and use their experiences as a way to inform other employees about those department's functions, as well as celebrate the hard work each team puts in to making the Resort operate smoothly.
