Balancing Chess Set
The goal for this project was to redesign the chess board so that the gameplay & rules were changed and driven by the form of the new board. By creating a balancing chess set, users must be aware of weight distribution as well as positioning of pieces on the balancing board. This adds the challenge of strategically navigating the board while trying to outsmarting your opponent, because if the board comes crashing down on your move then you lose.
