Pinch v2.xx - Now with realistic imperfection! I've been trying to think of a way to use cushions and keep them in place in an interesting way without using much hardware. This is what I came up with. The seat and back are set into the frame through a ring in the back. A wedge is then used to tighten the fit and also add some contrast.
