Teyaseer is a non-profit Abu Dhabi government service that provides free support services to beneficiaries of the Abu Dhabi Housing Scheme who wish to build their home.
The website targets customers (B2C), housing construction and design vendors (B2B), and government stakeholders (B2G).
I worked on the project from October 2023 to April 2024, collaborating with the client in Abu Dhabi and English-to-Arabic translators to:
• Audit the existing website and develop a content strategy for the new Teyaseer website
• Create UX content for both the logged-in and logged-out versions of the redesigned site
• Craft SEO descriptions for each page
• Manage content uploads via CMS (Contentful)
• Handle content localisation
• Ensure stakeholder approval
