GLOBAL SPORTS FORUM 2012
Officially supported by the City of Barcelona since 2009, the Forum is an ongoing platform of exchange for key political, business and civil society decision makers of the world of sport. With “Sport: What’s next?” as its signature, the Forum is the place to learn and plan for the future, build relationships and tackle the pressing challenges that will emerge over the next decade.
Led by emblematic sports personalities such as Juan Antonio Samaranch Jr., Didier Drogba, Donna de Varona, Sergey Bubka and Mia Hamm, the Forum is attended every year by more than 1000 delegates from 54 different countries and an average of 40 speakers coming from diversified backgrounds.
