This became "Wingman," a two-piece case with a PC outer shell and silicone liner. We wanted the case to look/feel like a one piece case, so I put much thought into how the two parts would interlock. The corner bumpers provided a terrific lock in addition to their visual statement of drop protection.

The Candy Case, not to be confused with CandyShell...hehehe. I did this project for fun because I thought it would be cool to model a Jelly Belly in Solidworks.

Perception is reality and this often true of protective cases. For the light impact category, we wanted a design that would visually communicate protection in a big way. Inspired by Nike Shox tennis shoes, we created a case where the outer shell was isolated from the phone cavity with a perimeter suspension. We called it ShellShock. Several elements of the perimeter suspension are patent pending.

The Echo. One of the first ever co-molded cases with IML graphics. This style of case was challenging to develop and is now commonplace. It has been a solid performer for M-Edge.

The Maverick, a snap case with removable bumper. It was offered with several different 3D textures on the back. This one was by far the most fun to model in Solidworks.
