This project dealt with sea level rise. The idea was to take shipping containers which are becoming a problem because it is cheaper for china to make new ones then it is to send an empty one back to china. So on this shipping yard there is an over abundance of empty shipping containers. The plan is to create a dike that surrounds this area as the sea level rises. The dike would be created using old shipping containers and adding onto it as necessary as the sea level rise.
