Kimchi, a fermented cabbage dish, synonymous with Korean cooking has much history behind it including a strong oral tradition. Kimchi was never made following a recipe as they were never written down and instead taught by doing as a family event.
This site is intended to be used as a platform for exchanging stories about kimchi and potentially other foods.
