Vacuum Pump Test Stand
This test stand was designed for extended life testing of a redesigned dual stage vacuum pump for IDEX. Each shelf is capable of testing 8 pumps and contains power supplies, control PCBAs, vacuum solenoid valves for automated testing, and all required plumbing and electrical. Structure was designed using aluminum extrusions and custom sheet metal work to accommodate the required test hardware. Mechanical design was performed in SolidWorks.
