Mains Switch Protector - The mains switch protector is a simple but useful product designed to prevent children from operating a wall socket. It was designed with the home computer market in mind (particularly preventing mums and dads from losing unsaved work). Cost, material and manufacturing process were the key elements of this design as it was to be manufactured from a one-shot injection mould.
Mould Flow Analysis - Mould Flow software was used to make sure the finial design had the required strength, while minimising fill-time.
