Conveyor Machinery - This system of conveyor is to serve in TFT-LCD (thin- lm transistor
liquid-crystal display) industry. It contains a turning
platform to cooperate with robot arms from 3 sides and a
non-contact transmission system to avoid causing particles
due to ction and thus t the criteria of the dust-free room. It
is totally 80-meter- long and is controlled by computer
programs and sensors to stop the cassette containing panels
at every stage.
