This cutting board comes with an equally broad and detachable plate. Chopped ingredients can easily be pushed to the plate using the knife. Thus there is always a clean and free place for more ingredients to be cut. After cutting the plate can be detached.
The handle of the cutting board is skewed so that it is more easy to lift or hang up the board. Liquids from cutting are caught in the ditch.
