Cups for My Dad
Just like me, my father is a dreamer as well. He writes abstract poems to reveal his inner emotions and desires. "Cups that tell a story about my father" are designed based on one of his poems which expresses his regrets regarding to the society in 1980s. To me, his regrets are like a cup that can never be filled up. Even if you tried to, the slanted rims would always leave a subtle empty space that makes you ponder over.
