The water gun concept is for use in the garden. It helps get children out and playing in the garden as well as helping with garden chores.
The laser measuring tape that is located on the top of the water gun is connected to the pump on the inside, so when the trigger is pulled, the laser will measure how far the plant that is being watered is, then the pump will shoot out just enough water at the right pressure to make it to the plant.
This water gun saves water, is fun to play with, and works without the batteries that would be located in the "magazine".

Water Gun Concept
The goal of this project was to create a Spray Water Gun for use in the garden that would be ergonomic, fun to use and involving the use in some technology.
The device at the top of the nozzle is a laser measuring tape. This device is connected to the motor inside the water tank. The laser and the motor communicate, so when you pull the trigger, only the amount of water needed to get to the plant that is being aimed at is shot out.
The water gun is battery powered, but when hooked up to a hose, it can be used as a spray nozzle too.
