Horace Small
Horace Small, owned by Vanity Fair, is one of the very original police uniform production companies. They came out looking for more details to add to their uniforms to appeal to police officers in modern times. I designed a new uniform with rolled up sleeves, modern epaulettes, a more "v-neck" collar, a stretchy spandex panel reaching from the wrist all the way to the waist for better movement, and a safety-centered back-up weapon compartment behind the front breast pocket. Then, I sewed the entire uniform from scratch.
