AT&T Worldnet Member Services - UI Design Lead for AT&T Worldnet's Member Services website, designed to reduce customer care costs by allowing users to manage features directly without calling an agent. Worldnet won numerous industry awards, including J.D. Power Awards and PC Readers choice awards, that cited ease of use of online customer care tools
Feature Status - AT&T Worldnet Service - Simple paradigm explains user options and warns of potential feature interactions.
Account Summary - Worldnet Member Services - Provides detailed "cockpit" view of AT&T Worldnet Account. A supplement to the traditional homepage, the account summary quickly became the most visited screen in Member Services. It streamlined navigation considerably versus the traditional "spoke and wheel" model used previously, where users had return to the homepage to proceed to the next function.
AT&T Worldnet - Price Plan Update - This design allows data to be served dynamically as price plans are added or modified by the service's database of record in response to changing market demands. However, actionable data remains at the user's fingertips. Another example where UI design drove updates to the data model.
