Future Fabrications
Future Fabrications began as investigation into biomaterials and how they could be used to replace more polluting materials, mainly by removing or reducing processing. Mycelium became the material that was to be explored further, as it had mainly been used in packaging solutions and other means that wanted to exploit it’s mechanical properties, without fully exploring the material aesthetically.
