Verizon in-store kiosks redesign process:
- Evaluation of current system screens with creative and stakeholder team
- Field research of user experience of kiosks within retail store experience
-Wireframes and finished mockups for key screens
Multiple store visits revealed distinct users and user behavior between Wireless and Telecom touchscreens that needed to be accounted for.

Verizon Wireless was moving toward an online self-service model for customers so we were asked to design a plan upgrade interface. Although there were very complicated business rules, the interface adjusted as the user interacted to block or allow possible plan options so users couldn’t make errors.
