Design Process - As design resources began to be tapped to give UI input into internal IT projects at McKinsey, the design team struggled to impress on the project managers, business analysts and developers to understand the potential that "Design Thinking" and design process could bring to enhance their Agile Development Process. Here are some charts that attempted to explain how the disciplines fit together within a development cycle.
McKinsey.com - I lead the design team and worked closely with the developers, producers/PMs, and off-shore production folks in site updates and content changes.
This is one of many interactive slideshows for which I directed the interaction design for McKinsey Global Institute's site. Through working with McKinsey consultants who create the original PowerPoint decks and the senior content producer of the Internet Communications group, and story is crafted then retold in a more compelling visual way, sometimes using voice talent to voice over the story as it unfolds.
McKinsey Global Institute - Dynamic data visualization projecting possible models of population trends and effects expected in China. I did the interaction design in wireframes and hired a flash consulting group to design and develop it.
Event Site Homepage Wireframe - McKinsey rolled out about seven client event sites a year. These sites were password protected and the content was updated using an Interwoven CMS prior to, during and after each event.

Generic Office Site Sitemap - Our team rolled out half a dozen office sites per year. As a starting point, office managers were presented with this sitemap and wireframe set as a strawman. From there we customized the content and look and feel to match their local culture and content needs.
