Adela
The Mexican woman has always been fundamental in the preservation of the traditional gastronomy, transmitting her secrets and recipes from generation to generation. This project interprets the ambiguity of women’s leadership as incoherence between the roll she actually performs and the one that has been given to her. A woman is essential but has been perceived as an accessory.
Adela considers important aspects of the culinary arts, such as portions and timing. It specially represents the subtleness and sobriety of mexican women and their dance, their silhouette, and their essence.
