[ peace and abuja ] - //for this poster i try to show the recent situation in nigeria. there are civil wars that still occur in several parts of africa. i depict the situation with the barren trees and fallen leaves because tree is the roots of humanity and nature can represent life. when there is no peace of the human race, the trees can be barren and dead. however, in several branch of tree, flower buds are starting to grow; a depiction of hope as a result of harmonious relationship between each tribes in africa.
[ experience harmony ] - the poster was a portrait of harmony in Abuja, Nigeria. // abuja is known as the center for unity. i emphasized my design in cultural harmony because of this fact. the three bubbles converted into one and merged into one harmony illustrate abuja's three different tribes which are living harmoniously together. the placement of hand imagery is to engage the viewer to embrace and feel the harmonious relation of abuja's people.
