Carter Thomas is an experienced design leader focused on creating brand experiences that motivate the target consumer and drive revenue on a global scale. Carter’s creative and business vision comes from cross-training in various environments and business-to-consumer and business-to-business categories — automotive and construction, consumer electronics, interiors, lighting, furniture, and CPG.

His scope of leadership includes design management, creative direction and senior management experience in agency and corporate environments where he is responsible for navigating matrix structures, leading team alignment, establishing marketing partnerships and brand licensing agreements for brands such as; Marriott, Starwood, Disney, Marvel, the NFL. Carter’s passion is building high performing design teams leading design and business success for Kohler, Procter & Gamble, Sea Gull Lighting, American Standard, and SC Johnson.
