Art Direction and Branding for a SteakHouse, a new steakhouse experience away from traditional “meat houses” and formal “steak restaurants”. The business idea is a concept designed to bring a high quality and a responsible steak experience to a broad audiences. In terms of the product “responsible” means that mostly meat of local indigenous cattle will be used, that will not be transported huge air miles, that has been well looked after, fed with natural grass and with no chemicals or hormones. But responsibility also applies to the fair way the new steakhouse wants to look after their staff, suppliers and customers.
