- Technological improvements such as proximity sensors, movement sensors, clear displays, climate control, and of course good speakers.
- Practical improvements include more comfortable, adjustable seat, greater visibility, and easier operation.

Urban Maintenance Tractor
This project began In 2011 for a start-up company needing several concepts for help in securing investors. It was a team project with each final concept being an individual effort. With certain functional and dimensional limitations in place, my final concept focused on a fresh look for this market, as well as practical and technological improvements.
