For this project we had to design a tea related product for Teavana
to understand better our customer, we spent time visiting Teavana stores, talked to some customers and employees.
in order to undertand better the culture behind drinking tea, organized and visited some tea gatherings and tea shop

some ideas for my product
the interesting thing about this thermos is the hour glass located outside, when tea is steeping, user flips thermos around, that allows gravity to help with the time, when time is up, tea is ready.
When it comes to steeping tea, if we do it for more than four or five minutes, tea will become bitter.
when we presented our final product, the manager of the Teavana store located in the next town over came to give us feedback. He really liked my idea, he said that he could see this product selling in his store and if it was possible he would place it there next day.
