Composite Car Seat - This Composite car seat was driven by the core values of the Smart Car. Innovation comes from using tensioned fabric ‘Pellicle’ to support the body instead of traditional foams. This allows maximum ventilation and even weight distribution whilst minimising bulk. The structural integrity of the fibre glass shell allows for a cantilevered seat and opens the possibility for added storage space.
