Our group was presented with the "Plumber's Dilemma." Kansas City public works department has a convoluted process that needed a focused solution. Our task was to find the plumbers issues with the permit process for the sewer connection process.
Our idea was to contact several area plumbing companies to learn about their likes/dislikes about the current system in place.
We then presented the ideas to a team that took them into consideration when finalizing a solution for the Dilemma.
