Pharmacy Project
Our team was tasked with finding a solution for an alert system that made too many errors and caused pharmacists to devote too much time to finding the root cause of the alert.
We chose to create a whole new prototype that would incorporate with the previous User Experience updated to not look like the old "green screen" style no graphics.
Our prototype shows the alert as well as contact information for the prescribing doctor. This was well received by testers who liked the interface and thought it intuitive in its process.
