The One Bus Away project being developed by Missouri Western needed a simple Task Analysis of utilizing public transportation.
I actually rode the bus system to learn and compare the process and its current limitations that needed addressing.
This work was consolidated into the parent project application my University is currently building for completion sometime in 2016.
