Minimum Viable Product-MVP User Journey

Here the task was to construct a user journey for a parking service on campus.
A main focus was customer service as the students would need added value to even consider the service as it would be trusting their only tangible asset-their vehicle to someone else.
Sprints were used to show what was needed each step on the way to an MVP at each stage prioritizing certain features at different points of the journey.
