Truss table
Assigned to design a table out of wood under the aesthetic of a design firm of our choice, I came across Ireland based firm DesignGoat. I chose lighter woods and metal accents to fit their visual details, but I also reflected their decisions in making engaging objects. Truss is a table built to house DJ equipment and a keyboard. It’s aim is to simplify the experience of making music into intuitive actions, so the focus can stay on creating the music. The table is of standing height to allow the body to move smoothly through the three tiered layout.
