Vintage Sign Reproduction
In this post you can see the before and after shots of a recent sign restoration i did. The sign is an old Irish Automobile Association Road Sign. The sign was in very poor condition as it had been buried for the best part of 20 years. I had no photo of the sign when it was in original condition so i went to the web for some help. After some searching i found 2 images of signs from the same production range. From these photos i was able to reference what the main details of the sign should be and reproduce them. The pictures include the original sign, reference images and recreated sign.
