Teangin is an Indonesian herbal drink that was planned to launch in the Vietnam ready-to-drink market. It was entering the local herbal medicinal drink market that is dominated by Dr.Thanh. Aside from this, Teangin also faced the challenge of making the product concept work in the Vietnamese context.
I developed the packaging design to make sure that it translated well for Vietnamese consumers. In order to ease it in the local market, I designed the label so that it speaks the same language as the local packaging for tea drinks and herbal tea but making sure that the key message and benefits are clearly communicated. I also continued the product story by using the color palette of the Indonesian packaging and tweaking it so that it also communicated the product concept of a warming and soothing drink.
