• Two-part Aluminum yoke conceals the inner workings of the spatula: Kevlar cable is run through the inner channel from the trigger to the spatula axle. Also, an extension spring that provides the return motion of the spatula is located inside the yoke.
• Depressing the thumb trigger 30 degrees rotates the spatua face 180 degrees.
• Fingers allow the spatula to slide under the grill’s surface.
• Handle is made of Ultem plastic. This service temperature is approximately 340° F
