This app mock-up was created with MockingBot as a course assignment while studying Information Design. This course was part of the graduate program I am currently attending at Quinnipiac University; MS of Interactive Media with a concentration in User Experience Design.
We were assigned to create a working, wireframe prototype, of a program for citizens to access emergency information in case of a major natural disaster on the order of a category five hurricane.
This was an exercise in speculating how people think, react, feel in the face of an emergency, and deciding on the words to be used in an intuitive interface to get them to the information they need to know.
