The CuVinée uses an argon gas system to keep bottles pressurized, safe, and, most importantly, fresh. It enables restaurants and high-end collectors to maintain and serve wine from bottles which will stay fresh for literally months at a time, instead of just days. I produced this design in it's entirety, and also built the prototype unit prior to final release.
