Buu holds Gohan - Sketched in pencil first, then overlaid with ink. This piece is homage to one of the first Japanese animated series I was into, "Dragonball Z."
Fire and Ice - pen and ink and prismacolor color-pencil medium. This is the character Iceman from the "Age of Apocolypse," "X-Men" series.

Aztec - A simple character I designed for a school project. He doesn't have any arms b/c this concept focuses on his chest and head. This was colored with prismacolor markers.
Batman new costume concept - An attempt to update Batman's traditional costume, I tried a cross-breed between the movies and the comics. This piece was done with HB and 2B pencils.

Big guy speech - For a possible character of mine, I referenced Joe Mads illustrations of Beast. Done with HB and 2B pencil.

Champ head concepts - Another school project in designing characters. In a David vs. Goliath scenario I was responsible for designing the brute or the "Champ," as we called him. Done with HB pencil and then inked.
Champ concept with robe - Done with HB and 2B pencils.
Champ concept body and face - In this concept I paid more attention to his face. I decided to go with a bald look. Done with 2B and 4B pencils.
Champ concept with tatoos - Inspired by Apocalypse's human look in "X-Men Evolution. Sketched with HB pencil then inked.
Drift rough concept - Sketched with HB and 2B pencils.
Drift 2nd rough concept - Sketched with HB and 2B pencils.
Drift with turn concept - Sketched with HB pencil, and inked with a black ball point pen.
