For a campaign that started off as ‘Spic and Span’, as part of a specialist skills course requirement, it evolved from just been a clean toilet campaign to a 'taking responsibility' for toilets campaign.
Even it it’s first form, the campaign still had at its core the need for all toilet users to take responsible for their actions while in the toilet space.
