Brand competitors and aspirations were studied. Extensive study of existing product line, as well as gaps in existing product line were examined to determine further direction of development. Seasonal color and material predictions were made from market research studies.
Ideation began with broad form development, and refinements were made with suggestions from Fossil's design directors. All form development included measurements of case requirements for internal chronometer.
