Multi-storey Housing Complexes
Designing housing complexes have been my core competence.
Two major projects were multi-storey housing complexes with 160 and 320 units respectively. Designed both the project as per the client requirements and strictly accordance with building regulations and safety standards. The designed have a strong emphasis on the floor plans to make optimum use of the space.
To make living enjoyable, amenities like landscaping and green areas, playgrounds, recreation and health centre etc., were integrated into the design. The elevation was designed to gel with the surroundings and to be low maintenance.
Latest trends and standard practices of architecture were used to create drawings in AutoCAD.
