Hemodynamic Monitor - Monitors blood pressure in the heart in a non-invasive manner. This device hangs on a bed rail or stands on a cart. The custom flip-out catches are a unique feature with only one moving part. I was responsible for complete design from ground up including all artwork, chassis, cooling, documentation, vendor selection, and testing for UL approval. The objective here was to use standard parts, minimal tooling, get approved in six months. ca.1998.

Amplifer - Engineering project. Wall mounted unit with connections on bottom. Sheet metal cover, aluminum heat sinks each side. Drop in pcb that mounts easily to heat sinks for easy replacement. cr. 1987.
Rack Mounted Controller - Rack-mounted controller for testing systems. Slide-in sub-panels allow custom configuration. "Range" cards plug into individual sub-panels (along bottom). This was a start to finish project. Designed before CAD while a designer/engineer at MTS Systems. This goes back a long way but its success and long standing track record makes it worth including here. ca. 1985
